Shipping within Australia & New Zealand

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle a fee based on the weight of your item will be added to your cart at the time of ordering.  

International Shipping

We ship to most destinations around the world via Australia Post. A fee will automatically be added to your order at the time of ordering


Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation if ordered from stock. Where an order is placed for work that has not been completed, an agreement between parties in the form of a confirmation email will provide dispatch agreement times. Deliveries will not be shipped until payment is complete.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped

  Acceptance of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Dhirrawong as soon as practicable. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.


Dhirrawong does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

On rare occasions, there may be reasons why an order cannot be completed. We reserve the right to cancel the order, but will ensure any payments made are to be refunded.

The uniqueness of clay:

The beauty of handmade goods is that they are all unique. They will never be perfect and that is what makes them unique J If your product has a fault, that is, it doesn’t do what is intended, or there is a problem that renders it unusable (other than breakage through the post), we will ensure it is replaced. The item itself is to be returned to Dhirrawong, and the postage costs will be refunded.

If your item is damaged, or not the item you ordered, please send us an email, outlining your issues with the product and if required a photograph. We will work with you to resolve the issue in the first instance.

We are not responsible for items broken in transit, if this occurs we will follow procedures of Australia Post or Sendle.
